Refund policy

If RunLookout isn't right for you, ask within 14 days of any payment and you'll get all of it back. We won't ask why.

How to ask

• Email runlookout.help@gmail.com or use the contact page.
• Include your account code, shown at the bottom of the dashboard sidebar, or the email you paid with.
• The money goes back to the card you paid with, through Dodo Payments. Banks usually take a few business days to show it.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime. Use the link in your Dodo Payments receipt email, or contact us and we'll do it for you. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
