These terms are an agreement between you and RunLookout ("we", "us"). By using RunLookout you agree to them.

What RunLookout does

RunLookout checks the n8n servers you add every 5 minutes. It sends you a Telegram message when a run fails, a scheduled run is missed, a step you watch produces nothing, or a server can't be reached.

We can't promise to catch every problem. Alerts can be late and some problems can be missed, for example when your server, Telegram or our hosting is down. Don't make it the only way you find out about problems that could cause serious harm.

Your account

• You sign up through the Telegram bot. Keep your Telegram account safe, since anyone with access to it can sign in.
• Only add servers and API keys you're allowed to use. We suggest a key from a separate n8n user who can only see the projects you want watched.
• Don't use RunLookout to attack, overload or probe servers, or to break any law.

Beta, plans and payment

• New accounts get a free beta for 14 days. When it ends, alerts pause until you choose a plan.
• Solo is $9 a month for up to 10 client servers. Unlimited is $19 a month for unlimited servers. Prices are in US dollars.
• Payments go through Dodo Payments. Plans renew every month until you cancel. You can cancel anytime, and your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for.
• You can get a full refund within 14 days of any payment. See the refund policy.
• If prices change, we'll tell you in Telegram at least 30 days before your next payment.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from the dashboard. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we'll tell you why in Telegram.

Limits of responsibility

RunLookout is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we're not responsible for indirect losses, such as lost clients, lost income or lost data, caused by a missed or late alert. Our total responsibility for any claim is limited to what you paid us in the 3 months before it.

Changes and law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you in Telegram before it takes effect. These terms are governed by the laws of India.
